Making a Return? No Sweat.

We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rolling on your online return. It's really easy. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Rouge Boutique is a growing company and may not have the same return policies that you'll find at big box stores. 

About Cancellations: We're sorry, but once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders begin processing as soon as they are submitted. These orders should be returned or exchanged according to our policies below.

Please note: Items purchased at Rouge Boutique Online must be returned or exchanged via our website. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at the store.

You've got 3 simple options:

Store Credit:

Receive a store credit for the amount of your return that you can use toward finding something else you'll love.

Refund:

Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. No exceptions.

Exchanges:

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock. Exchanges are allowed for size only. We offer only one exchange per order. If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy. Exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping. We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to the customer

domestic Returns & Exchanges Policy

The following policy applies to domestic orders only.  We do not offer international orders at this time.

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked within 7 days from the date your package is delivered; after 8 days it becomes a Final Sale.        

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

Final Sale Items: Clearance Items, On Sale Items, Jewelry, Handbags, Panties, Lingerie, Tights,  Cosmetics, Perfume, Books, Special Order Items, Shape-wear, toiletries, DVDs and/or any novelty item in which the protective wrapping has been removed by the customer.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
Returns received after 7 days of the original order delivery date.
Shipping charges

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any returns will be accepted. The RA number will be issued to you after you contact us via email. Please do not call for an RA number, we require documentation on all return requests.

Your RA number must be written on the outside of the box or your package will be returned back to you.

Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.

If the package is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrectly entered during checkout, or the recipient failed to claim the package from the shipping carrier, then the customer who placed the order will need to cover all return-to-sender costs and the actual cost of re-shipping the package.

If we cannot contact the person who placed the order, or if that customer objects to having the package reshipped in accordance with our posted policies, then the package will be treated as a refused shipment and is subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping and return-to-sender costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. After two weeks if you cannot be reached with your provided contact information your ineligible item will be destroyed.

Rouge Boutique at it's sole discretion has the right to approve or deny refunds for any reason.

Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $13 for Domestic or $42 for International.


Packaging Requirements:

Apparel Items: Item must be in its original condition and have NO signs of wear. NO Deodorant Marks , NO Scuff Marks, No StainsNo Oder, No Pet Hair, No Make-up Stains . The item must be unworn and only tried on. The item must include all manufacturer's packaging.  

Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit. .

Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.  No refund will be given on shoes that show any signs of wearing.

Non-Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

Step 1: Select your order, select your item(s), and let us know if you'd like to return (be sure to indicate for store credit or refund) or exchange (be sure to indicate your new different size/color/pattern). You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund, exchange, or store credit. All items must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition

Step 2: Prepare your shipping label.

Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition, unaltered, unlaundered and with tags attached) and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.)

Step 4: Send it off. Affix your shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt.

Rouge Boutique does not offer return shipping services at this time. Please ship your return with the carrier of your choice and ensure that it is insured and trackable. Rouge Boutique is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipment.

By purchasing any item or service from Rouge Boutique, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions including our Return & Exchange Policy. All return authorization requests are subject to approval. Failure to read our policies doesn't exempt you from the store policies.
